Diluted Ink

Washington Avenue near the corner of Park Place in Brooklyn: a 9x12 ink wash and pen drawing with touches of pastel and watercolor.  One of the things I learned from Ken Howard is to use a slightly diluted ink with the pen.  It has a nice effect.
