Real and Unreal
Plum Island, Newbury, MA. 11x14 inches, oil on gesso panel. What I like about this painting is that it is both real and unreal at the same time. The scene is from the aptly named Sandy Point State Reservation at the southern tip of Plum Island.

Field and Clouds
Field and Clouds at Field Farm, Williamstown, MA. 8x10 inches, oil on canvas panel. First, the good and bad news: the hay bales are gone, hauled away by the farmer. This painting is a study to figure out what I'm going to do next.

The Ephemera Series
A painting I did for the fun of doing it. The beginning of the Ephemera series of things that don't last long. It's a view of Gloucester harbor from the Marine Railways. 12x16 inches, oil on linen panel.
