To Paint...One Paints
The sun is shining at this moment when I write these words, but it disappeared behind the clouds when I was out painting earlier. Nevertheless, if the determination is to paint, especially after a forty-five-minute ride, one paints with the circumstances. This is a view of Berry Pond in the Pittsfield State Forest, a quiet place when I was there. 9x12 inches, oil on linen panel.
