The Etherial Hopper

The Hopper from Haley Farm, Williamstown, MA. 8 x 16 inches, oil on linen canvas.  This afternoon while painting this view I wondered if it is too ethereal to paint.  One shouldn't attempt it, unless the canvas is 800 by 1600 feet.
