Very innovative and creative pastel. I really like it. Authority what will do with old pastel which are not sold at the Auction. My creative idea says, Put on the Grand Army Plaza Parking, Because Peoples are come first over that area. Those how did not attend the Last auctions, see those and anyone like it, buy it.
