Here are two paintings, same scenes as previous drawings. As you might guess, I am not working today, only painting! These are pastel on Wallis paper prepped with acrylic washes.
These are both beauties, Bob! I admire the way you are able to let the shapes and colors carry the paintings without getting hung-up on all the details.

Donna, Thank you. It's hard to do details in an 8x10 format, which is one reason I continue to work in that size.
