Filled with Birches


Mount Greylock, Adams, MA. 10x8 inches, oil on canvas panel.  I painted in the field across from the Gould Trail Trailhead this afternoon.  The place is filled with birches.  The Gould Trail is a fast way up by foot.  Of course, fast means steep.

In Search of Snow
