This one was started a couple days ago, went through one wipedown, et voila.

I'm loving this time in the woods. So much to see, so much to learn. Possibilities as endless as leaves! Remind me again... size and medium? Too small to see on the iPhone.

Takeyce, Thank you!

Sam, 8x10, and pastel. I went to the woods again today, but won't get to post until tomorrow at the earliest.

Bob,
Really like your tree series. Are you finishing these in your studio? Or do you complete them on location? The reason I ask is because I would think you could push the possibilities further in the studio.

Very nice space in there, airy and inviting.

Steve, I do most of the work in the studio. I agree that they could be pushed further. Whether that means larger, or in a different medium, I don't know. I don't think I want more detail. I would like the appearance of quick strong painting, even if that takes hours. But I don't have that many hours right now. I appreciate your comment. Thank you.

Nika, Thanks.

Thanks for sharing Bob. I like your compositions just the way they are - always interesting! When I reread my earlier question it does sound like I was giving advise, but that wasn't the intent. I was just curious where you were making your good decisions: On Site versus Studio?

It makes perfect sense to me that you are pushing the possibilities in the studio.

Again, thanks.
