I was hoping this barn would be red. Your paintings always seem so honest, Bob; rooflines sag and yards are muddy at this time of year. I can very easily imagine being there!

Red barn, mud, hay. Painting mud is like painting paint. This pastel is 9x12, with an undercoat of various acrylic washes.
